• Master’s degree in Real Estate specializing in finance and investments.

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in real estate and investments.

• Must have at least two (2) years of investment experience.

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience with the following financial modelling and valuation techniques:

  • o   DCF

  • o   IRR

  • o   Equity waterfalls

  • o   Sensitivity analysis
